Matarbari power station is a 2x600-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Matarbari, Cox's Bazar, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Coal Power Generation Company Bangladesh (CPGCBL), a state-owned enterprise of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, is the developer of the project with major funding from JICA Japan.
